When you interact with Donation Store or use our Products/Services, we collect a variety of data which is provided by you. Due to having multiple products and multiple ways you can interact with us, we have broken down each way we collect data, what is collected and for what reason.

We keep the amount of data we share to third parties to an absolute minimum. Your personal data is shared internally with other Donation Store staff, for the following purposes:
To support the deliverance of Donation Store and its products, we engage with a number of third party service providers. These third party service providers allow us to perform certain functions.
These providers give us IT and system administrative services.Before engaging with any service provider, we perform due diligence to ensure that the vendor has the right security measures in place, but also to ensure that any contractual agreements they provide are inline with our Privacy Policy to ensure that the data provided is only being used for the purposes mentioned. If you are a customer of our Self Hosted products, responsibility for securing the storage of personal data and access to that data put into those services rests with you and not Donation Store. We strongly recommend that all customers using Self Hosted products, use SSL to prevent any interception of information transmitted. We also recommend that an encrypted database be used where possible so that information is encrypted at rest.
Donation Store's products and services are not directed or specifically marketed to children under the age 18 years old. We do understand that while we do not intend to market our products towards children and that our site isn't intended for their use, younger people may interact with our site and webstores that are Powered by Donation Store.
Before using or interacting with any Donation Store product, service, site, webstore that is Powered by Donation Store, performing a purchase on one of those said webstores or on DonationStore.net or Donation Store Cloud, all minors should receive prior permissions from their Parent or Legal Guardian.

You can access information regarding your account and profile both on DonationStore.net and on Donation Store Cloud. This information can be viewed by you or modified how you see fit. As we provide authentication mechanisms to access this data, only you are able to see and modify this data.
If there is further data that you cannot update yourself, you can reach out to us at anytime and we will rectify it for you in a timely manner.
You have the right to ask us to remove or delete any information that you have provided to us where we have no use for it anymore. However if there is certain information that we are required to retain for legal reason, we may not be able to comply to your request. This will be told to you at the time of request. If you would like information removed or you would like to talk about data that may need to be removed, please do reach out to us.
You have the right to receive personal data in a machine readable format and to request for such data to be transferred from one controller to another. This information includes information that you yourself have automatically provided to us. For example, we can provide information that you have given to us on the Donation Store Cloud platform, but may not be able to provide information from a message sent to us on a platform in the past.
You have the right to reach out and object about the processing of your personal data where we are relying on your interest in our products and services to continue to use and process that data. If you want to object to the processing of your data please reach out to us.
If you would like to reach out to exercise any of the above rights, please do contact us by opening a ticket on our site. We will not charge you for access to your data, however if the requests made by you are excessive, repetitive or otherwise not normal, we may choose not to answer your request.
