Acceptable Use Policy

Donation Store is a webstore and helpdesk for selling virtual game services. Whether you use the platform we provide through Donation Store Cloud, through our Self Hosted version or any of our addons or additional services there are some activities and items that we deem to be unacceptable.

While we believe in a free and open exchange of ideas, products and businesses, your store is subject to these restrictions. This policy describes the prohibited activities, materials and products that you are not allowed to sell. If you are found to be engaging in any of the following activities, your store or license will be frozen. Any further action including removing your account entirely without any sort of refund is at the sole discretion of Donation Store.

The following are prohibited:

1. Illegal Content/Activities/Material - You cannot sell or place any good or service on your store that breaks any laws or encourages others to do so in the jurisdiction you operate in and in the jurisdiction or Ireland
2. Harassment or bullying - You cannot sell any good or service that aims to bully, harass o threat another person
3. Intellectual property You cannot sell any good or service that infringe on the copyright of others. Only goods and services you have a legal right to sell can be sold
4. Personal or Confidential Information - You cannot sell any good or service that aims to provide personal or confidential information about anyone, included yourself. This includes PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and PCI (Personal Card Information) data
5. Pornographic/adult content -> You cannot sell any good or service that contains adult, pornographic or sexual content
