What is the differernce between Premium and Standard Support?
Standard support is basic support by means of the Knowledgebase, Documentation, Community (Discord) and also ticket support. Premium support is a step up from that which gives quicker response times to ticket queries but also live chat features and a dedicated support manager who will be on call for all of your needs.
Can anyone receive Standard Support?
No, standard support is only valid for cusotmers with Donation Store licenses. Each version of Donation Store comes with its own support terms that define what level of support the user has. Standard support does expire meaning that if you have expired support you won't be able to avail of tickets etc. Standard support can be renewed or Premium support can be purchased instead.
